Carrera is a clothing company with a focus on leveraging Italian style in casual apparel. Founded in the mid-1960s in the province of Verona, Carrera is now a small clothing multinational with production units in some of the main cotton-producing countries that give it access to the best raw materials, while logistics and final control remain in Italy to guarantee the high standards for which Carrera products are known. Carrera is capable of combining cutting-edge technology with craftsmanship, to transform a delicate bud like cotton into beautiful, durable products without compromising the softness of the raw material. Today Carrera employs around 6,000 people, directly or indirectly, with an annual production of more than 5 million units.

The requirement

At the beginning of 2012, Carrera was looking for a solution to accompany the growth of its retail outlets, able to interface with its head office information system (Stealth/400) and flexible enough to adapt to the needs typical of the sector, such as management of customer loyalty, campaigns, promotions and price lists. At the same time, they were looking for a trusted and experienced Partner who would support them in the difficult process of replacing their existing retail solution (Retail Pro).
The solution

The optimal management of their promotional campaigns, electronic loyalty cards, price lists and warehouses, as well as complete control of front office functions, including vouchers, cards, returns, allowances, salespersons, receipts, customer-related services, has enabled timely management of receipt functions, customer loyalty, data security and online and offline availability.
