We value the excellence of each person by growing their skills, which is why we incentivise our over 3850 employees, who are passionate and open to change, to perform at their best. For each of them we have developed personalised growth plans with constant training, thanks to the Var Group Corporate University, Talent Ward. We run projects to integrate young talents into our company, including partnerships with schools and universities, thus creating a continuous path from education to work.
