Why did E.G.O. turn to Evotre?

The company's main requirement was to streamline the communications processes relating to expense slips, holiday planning and attendance, to reduce the possibility of errors and wasted time. Always with a view to total safety.

Speaking of security, when we consider the impact of Covid-19 on the business environment, it was also imperative that the company equip itself with tools to ensure a safe restart. Installing temperature measurement systems for persons entering or passing through the company gates ensured a safe resumption of business.

What solutions have been adopted?

In order to achieve the goal of making communications processes relating to HR management and, in particular, expense slips, holiday planning and attendance more efficient, the following new Zucchetti solutions were deployed:

  • Web Presence
  • Workflow
  • ZConnect App

The real revolution was the integration with the app, which allowed staff to manage everything more smoothly, so that they could check expense slips, absences and overtime in just a few clicks. The ZConnect App thus proved to be a valuable tool for collaboration.

As for the need for temperature control to protect the company’s employees and third parties, the Zucchetti solution which employs a physical facility equipped with four terminals, two ZP1s, two ZP2s and four temperature scanners for temperature detection was chosen, all controlled in a fully automated manner by integrated hardware and software.

Attendance detection and temperature scanners, which enable or disable time stamping, enable access to the site with active, real-time monitoring of all staff, in total safety. In addition, the system also provides distributed access control at the E.G.O. Italia gates.

Attendance detection is managed with terminals, the app and the portal, and is fully centralised.

This means that only authorised persons have access to the company premises.

Both the attendance detection terminals and the temperature scanners form part of the integrated Zucchetti “Time and Access Management” solution.
