Lube Group was founded in 1967 by two partners who thus launched a business adventure that is now an industrial group with a turnover of over 200 million, around 650 employees and kitchens sold all over the world. Lube Group, with more than 50 years of history, is one of the undisputed leaders in the market for fitted kitchens, and has been number one in Italy for turnover for the past five years, with a market share of more than 12% in 2021.

The factors that have made possible the company’s growth over the years include:

  • Specialisation in the sale of kitchens, with 500 single-brand shops opened all over Italy in 4 years.

Lube Group offers customised kitchens for industrial production employing the latest fabrication technologies, high-quality components and highly flexible production to satisfy the client’s requirements (thanks to the in-house carpentry department which, like a bespoke tailor, handles all kinds of non-standard module requirements).

Why did the Lube Group turn to Evotre?

A company with a strong focus on growth and innovation, Lube Group approached Evotre in 1991 to replace their old time stamp system with a customised time and attendance system.

To meet this need, the first Zucchetti Time and Attendance and Payroll software was installed, with which we were able to customise processes and satisfy the company’s specific requirements. The aim has always been to optimise internal processes.

The solution developed for the Lube Group is based on the Zucchetti HR suite, a natively integrated solution with a single database to guarantee optimal and complete management of HR organisation and administration. In order to meet the company’s administrative needs, Web Presence and Web Payroll were installed, software that enables the company to register employee attendance and process payrolls, offering concrete benefits both in terms of automation and time and cost saving.

Thanks to Web Presence, each manager has independent control over employee attendance processes, and can schedule all resources on a weekly basis. This keeps personnel costs low at the planning stage, by employing only the workforce needed per working hour, ensuring accurate monthly totals and accurate processing of payroll data. In addition, with its stamp process, the software automates management of the company canteen, and charges staff for their meals.

The Web Payroll solution was also chosen to support HR management, facilitating day-to-day payroll activities and optimising recruitment. Zucchetti’s payroll software provides automated calculation and automatic collective contract updates, among others. The modules are linked together, which enables direct transmission of attendance data and eliminates the risks of manual management.
